Welcome to CustomPrintedTapes.com. By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Products & Customization

We offer custom printed tapes and related packaging products in different materials, sizes, colors, printing options, and quantities.

Products are manufactured according to the specifications confirmed at the time of order.
Custom printing may include company logos, brand names, text, colors, artwork, and other customer-provided designs.
Product images shown on the website are for illustration purposes. Actual colors, print appearance, texture, and finish may vary slightly depending on the material, ink, printing process, and screen settings.
Product specifications may vary depending on the selected product and manufacturing requirements.

2. Artwork & Design Approval

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete artwork, logos, text, dimensions, and other printing instructions.
Artwork should preferably be supplied in a high-resolution, print-ready format.
Where applicable, we may provide a digital proof for customer approval before production.
Production will begin only after the required artwork/proof has been approved.
Once artwork has been approved and production has started, changes may not be possible or may result in additional charges.
We are not responsible for errors in spelling, logos, colors, dimensions, or other information that was approved by the customer.

3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotations are based on the product specifications, quantity, artwork, printing requirements, and delivery information provided at the time of quotation.
A quotation is valid only for the period stated in the quotation.
Prices may change due to changes in raw-material costs, printing requirements, shipping costs, taxes, or other factors.
Any additional artwork, plate, cylinder, setup, special color, or customization charges will be communicated where applicable before production.

4. Minimum Order Quantity

Minimum order quantities may apply depending on the selected tape type, size, material, printing method, and customization.

The applicable minimum quantity will be communicated with the quotation or order confirmation.

5. Order Confirmation & Payment

An order is considered confirmed only after receiving the required order confirmation and/or payment.
Production will begin after all required information, artwork approvals, and payment requirements have been completed.
Any outstanding balance must be paid according to the terms stated on the quotation or invoice.

6. Production & Delivery

Production lead times depend on the product, quantity, artwork approval, printing method, and current production schedule.
Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith and may change due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Delays caused by artwork approval, customer-requested changes, payment delays, shipping carriers, weather, material availability, or other external circumstances may affect delivery dates.
An estimated delivery date should not be considered a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly agreed in writing.

7. Quantity & Manufacturing Tolerance

Custom-manufactured products may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances in dimensions, color, printing position, quantity, and other specifications.

Where applicable, normal production tolerances will not be considered a manufacturing defect.

8. Color & Printing Variations

Due to differences between computer screens, digital proofs, printing processes, substrates, and inks:

Exact color matching cannot always be guaranteed.
Minor variations in color or print density may occur between production batches.
Printed artwork may have minor variations in registration or positioning within normal manufacturing tolerances.

9. Cancellation

Because custom printed products are manufactured specifically for the customer, custom orders may not be cancelled once production has commenced.

If cancellation is requested before production begins, any applicable artwork, setup, plate/cylinder, processing, or other costs already incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund.

10. Returns & Exchanges

Custom printed products are made specifically according to the customer's requirements and therefore are generally not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, incorrect customer specifications, or customer-approved artwork.

If you believe a product has a manufacturing defect or does not conform materially to the confirmed order specifications, please contact us promptly after delivery.

11. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Customers should inspect the shipment upon delivery.

If products are received damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order:

Contact us as soon as possible.
Provide the order or invoice number.
Provide photographs of the packaging and products.
Provide details of the issue.

We will review the claim and, where appropriate, determine whether replacement, correction, credit, or another resolution is applicable.

12. Customer-Supplied Artwork & Intellectual Property

Customers confirm that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use any logo, trademark, artwork, photograph, text, or other material supplied to us.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their artwork does not infringe any copyright, trademark, intellectual property, or other rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to refuse artwork that we reasonably believe violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

13. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, images, prices, and other website information accurate.

However, typographical errors, outdated information, technical errors, or product availability changes may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update product information without prior notice.

14. Website Use

You agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to interfere with website security or functionality.
Copy or reproduce website content without permission.
Upload harmful files, malicious code, or unauthorized material.
